Direkcija za Evropske integracije Vijeća ministara Bosne i Hercegovine (DEI), u funkciji  državnog tijela i državne kontakt tačke za INTERREG VB Mediteranski program saradnje 2014-2020, poziva zainteresovane kandidate da se prijave za poziciju:

• „Task menadžer“ na implementaciji projekta “MED NCP TA Project in BiH” sa mjestom angažovanja u Direkciji za evropske integracije u Sarajevu - 1 izvršilac

Directorate for European Integration of BiH (DEI), as the National Authority and National Contact Point for the INTERREG V-B MEDITERRANEAN (MED) COOPERATION PROGRAMME 2014-2020 is announcing:

VACANCY NOTICE

For the following position

• Task Manager for the MED NCP TA PROJECT IN BIH, located in the DEI, Sarajevo (full time equivalent position);

All candidates should meet the following general, statutory requirements:

• That he/she is the citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina
• That he/she has the proof of full health condition to carry out the tasks envisaged in this position

All the applicants should meet the following minimum criteria:

• University degree, VII level of high education or at least First Cycle of Bologna system of education;
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience after graduation;
• Minimum 2 years of experience with EC funded projects including financial management, accountancy and reporting;
• Fluency in English speaking and writing (will be tested);
• Computer literacy;
• Driving licence.

The best candidates will be selected among candidates meeting the above minimum criteria according to the following special conditions related to specific position:

• Working experience with EC grant schemes and of EC funded projects;
• Knowledge of financial aspects of project management;
• Knowledge of the state and local (regional) strategic development frameworks and good understanding and knowledge of the Programme area;
• Knowledge of principles of Project Cycle Management;
• Knowledge and experience with Practical Guide to Contract Procedures for EU External Actions (PRAG) as well as the BiH national procurement procedures;
• Good organizational and communicative skills;
• Ability to take personal responsibility for delivery of high quality results within tight deadlines;
• Readiness to travel;
• Knowledge and experience with CBC activities would be considered an asset.

The job application must contain the following documents:

• Cover letter in English language;
• CV in English language in required format.
• Copy of University diploma
• Copy of driving licence

Candidates meeting the requirements will be invited for the English language test which is eliminatory. Successful candidates will be invited to an interview.
