Currently, the following positions will be available starting August 2025 for a minimum of one year:
- CAS Assistant, part-time position (70%) on a fixed-term contract.
- Laboratory Technician, part-time to full-time position on a fixed-term contract.
- Teacher of IBDP Spanish B and Spanish ab initio, part-time position (25%) on a fixed-term contract.
- House-parent, full-time position on a fixed-term.
Position-related qualifications, requirements, and responsibilities
Position 1: CAS Assistant
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree of a minimum of 3 years, education level 6 (180 ECTS)
- Good command of English
- IT skills

- Ability to develop good relationships within a team and work positively and constructively with others.
The primary responsibilities and duties:
- Monitoring and helping organize the work of their respective CAS strand.
- Attending and contributing to Co-Curricular Committee meetings.
- Making attendance lists and monitoring CAS attendance in their respective CAS strand.
- Being part of the Project Week Committee.
- Helping with CAS preparations and helping organize the CAS Fair during Induction Week.
- Writing term reports for students.
- Being responsible for the leadership and administration of all school sports, including setting the sports calendar.
- Organizing the sports activities as a part of the CAS program and organizing other sports activities.
- Keeping a record of all sports activities at the College.
- Coaching College sports teams.
- Promoting sports as a healthy activity for young people that can assist their physical and emotional well-being.
- Taking care of the sports equipment and inventory.
- Managing and maintaining the gym.
- Making proposals for the sports budget and keeping a record of the sports budget.
- Performing other duties required by the Head of College.
Position 2: Laboratory Technician
Minimum qualifications:
- Relevant high school degree (education level 4)
- One (1) year of work experience
- Fluent in English

The primary responsibilities and duties:
- Takes care of all the lab equipment.
- Sets up the equipment for the experiments when required.
- Assists the science teachers during the practical classes.
- Keeps a record and inventory of the lab equipment.
- Keeps a record of the lab supplies.
- Keeps the full maintenance of the science classrooms.
- Helps in administrative work for the science department.
Position 3: Teacher of IBDP Spanish B and Spanish ab inition
Minimum qualifications:
- At least a BA from the corresponding faculty (qualified to teach language and literature), a minimum 4-year University Degree, and 240 ECTS.
- Proven fluency in English with strong oral and written communication skills.
Qualifications that would be an advantage:
- Ability to use and leverage technology for the teaching and learning process.
- Previous teaching experience, ideally in the IB Diploma Program.
- Previous experience working at United World Colleges or IB schools.
- Professional teaching qualifications.
- Readiness and qualifications to teach ToK in addition to the subject advertised.
- Willingness to assume pastoral care duties as house parent or residential mentor.
- Ability to meet all IB requirements and deadlines.

- Willingness to engage students beyond regular classroom hours.
- Ability and willingness to actively participate in the school’s Co-curricular program.
The primary responsibilities and duties:
- To prepare and perform teaching work with professionalism and apply a high level of pedagogical and methodological skills.
- To plan and deliver the prescribed curriculum for the subject taught.
- To actively participate in the improvement of the teaching process.
- Constantly work on self-development and participate in professional development organized by the school.
- Monitor the academic performance of the students and report on it according to the requirements of the College.
- To perform all the necessary administration for the subject taught.
- To perform residential duties when necessary.
- To supervise and administrate at least one CAS activity.
- Other duties according to the Law, Annual Plan of the College, or at the discretion of the Head of the College.
Position 4: House-parent
Minimum qualifications:
- University degree (min 4-year degree/240 ECTS) in Psychology, Pedagogy, or any teaching field.
- Proven fluency in the English language.
Qualifications that would be an advantage:
- Passed First Aid Course.
- Previous relevant work experience (welfare and care for children).
- Proficient computer skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Interest in working with students ages 16-19.
- International awareness: the ability to make positive interactions in a multicultural environment.
- Teamwork.
- Organisational skills and the ability to prioritise urgent tasks.
The primary responsibilities and duties:
- Pastoral care of students in the residence.
- Safety and well-being of the students in the residence.
- Responsible for the logistics of the residences: supplies, equipment.
- Living in the residence (separate apartment provided).
